EXHIBITOR SERVICE

  • Build-up dates

    Start of set-up: 23 June 2025, from 7:00 am


    Set-up time: 7:00 - 22:00 daily


    Important: The stand material may only be placed on the area of your own exhibition stand, empties must be removed immediately and the aisles must be kept free of empty and full goods. 


    End of build-up: 25 June 2025, 22:00

    (16:00 vehicles from the hall)

    After this time, work such as decoration work on your own stand area is still possible.

  • Opening hours

    26 - 27 June 2025: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm 

    28 June 2025: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

  • Delivery of goods

    Deliveries during the trade fair will be made via access roads 6 (West) (Halls 5-7) and 5 (South/Strobelallee) (Hall 4). 

    During the entire duration of the trade fair, it will only be possible for delivery vehicles to enter the trade fair grounds in exceptional cases.


    On the 1st day of the fair from 6.45 a.m. to 8.45 a.m., 5.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m,

    on the 2nd day of the fair from 7.45 a.m. to 8.45 a.m., 5.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. and

    on the 3rd day of the fair from 7.45 a.m. to 8.45 a.m. against a deposit of EUR 50.00 per vehicle.


    The following restrictions apply to body-mounted vehicles during the trade fair period:

    Parking of trucks, vans* and trailers (including car trailers) in the parking areas in the immediate vicinity of the halls (A1-A6, underground car park Hall 6,7 and 8) during the trade fair period, between set-up and dismantling, is not permitted. Please understand that a penalty of EUR 500.00 plus VAT per vehicle will be imposed in the event of any infringement. In addition, illegally parked vehicles will be towed away at the exhibitor's expense.


    For deliveries of goods, please ensure that your staff is present at the stand to receive the goods.

  • Dismantling dates

    Start of dismantling: 28 June 2025, from 16:00 hrs. 

    Vehicle access to the halls: from 17:00 hrs


    Access to the halls is permitted if the logistical situation allows it. In the case of major events, for example in other areas of the Westfalenhallen or in the neighbouring Signal Iduna Park, access to the halls may be delayed or made more difficult.


    End of dismantling: 30 June 2025, 10:00 p.m.

  • WARNING: Misleading listing offers

    Unfortunately, it happens again and again that exhibitors receive misleading offers for entries in order to be included in so-called trade fair and exhibitor directories. Well-known companies and online directories are art-living.info, Expo Guide, International Fairs Directory, Handwerk-Markt.com, Handcraft-market.com and Construct Data Publisher. Messe Dortmund GmbH expressly states that it has no connection whatsoever to "Expo Guide", "art-living.info", "FAIR GUIDE", "International Fairs Directory", "Handwerk-Markt.com" and "Handcraft-market .com" stands.


    We expressly distance ourselves from the business practices of these companies. In most cases, these are unauthorized publishers who finance themselves through fee-based entries in various directories. However, the impression is often given that the offer is free of charge. The amount and duration of the payment obligation can only be found in the small print of the terms and conditions - which often comes as a nasty surprise.


    You can make entries in the official media of our events via our Online Service Center (OSC). The access data for the OSC will be sent to you together with the stand confirmation by our trade fair team on Messe Dortmund GmbH stationery or by e-mail with the appropriate signature.
